I feel like I might be becoming rusty. Without a steady dueling partner, I'm stuck inside most of the day. Is anyone else in this rut?

If you are and if you're confident enough to pit your skills against mine, I will be in the courtyard tomorrow afternoon.

Of course not. Only an idiot would cause a stir on purpose.

Accidents can happen, and impulse can take over in any sort of spar though.

Believe it or not I'm not against physical training, just on the provision that it's not going to get in the way of you studying for exams, which is particularly crucial if you're sitting OWL's.

I have done a great deal of studying. One duel isn't going to interfere with what I have already learned. In fact, it should help. Putting spells into practice is usually beneficial.

As long as it's done responsibly, last thing we need is for students to miss exams they worked hard to prepare for because they end up in the Hospital Wing.

That won't happen, I assure you. And if you are worried about my leadership skills, you are welcome to watch the match.

Perhaps, if only to fufill my own duties, I try to hope for the best in every student here, though in some cases it's harder to find than in others.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Truthfully I'm not above sparring myself, I'm just more of a hand to hand combatant.
