ok well today has been a good day for me, got well free chocolate and coke, pity i dont like coke but i am sure my brother will put it to good use! Leaving Cert tomarrow, god bless the little devil! And well today is important day for me because Rivers Cuomo and co. ie Weezer are playing for the first time in 12 years in Ireland! Dublin of course, capiltal of Culture aint gonna get em down under in Cork! Pity Weezer playing Cork wudda been so amazing. It turns out too they were in Ireland yesterday, and they went around Dublin and shopped, i mean really and they went to a chipper and got "the best chips in the world" Imagine bumping into Rivers Cuomo when your shopping in town! Argh how i kill to be almost entering Vicarstreet now, oh god, i am gonna regret this so much if i never see em in concert ever! If weezer were to have broken and i never saw em i would be devastated! And there are rumours, and well its publically known wat a control freak Rivers became and well how much the band resented him and carried in there bags voodoo dolls of him (accurate in height). But maybe he has calmed down enough, and well maybe if make believe does well enoughh all will be good and rivers will continue to write more music and sing for weezer! No doubt he will go Solo when finished with Weezer but i want to see the other guys too, i aint a fan just for RIvers like! (said like a tru cork woman) And i was also curios to hear the subways live too, woulda been a great gig alright, i can only pray someone bootlegs it or sometin like that! Ah well, if i was ment to see it i would be there, this is where my religious side appears in my life, but i do hope i get to see them, there is one song i am dying to hear actually live, me there and i would be so sad if i never heard it!
So that is that, and just so i can read over later and remember, yesterday i was at a religious cult like festival whorship thing and people kept coming over to say hello and ask us do we believe in god?
To make a point, no one was aware that this was going to be going on in Fitzgeralds Park although i feel maria mighta had an alterior motive in bringing us there lol! Clown offering sweets was so dodgy but well i accepted them, mom u were right to nag and moan about "not taking sweets from strangers" apparently i still havent learned!
so today i cry for weezer, and cry some more but really i amnt as well "upset" or sad as i thought i would be, i guess disappointed, but life goes and on and so do my downloadings of live performances! till i see yee again
