This was one incredibly long and sleepless weekend.
The show at St. Lawrence went terribly. No one on the team did as well as we usually do, which was very odd, as we all had pretty decent rides. The hotel we stayed at the night before was everything short of what we had expected, but the room I stayed in made up for the un-impressing suite. In addition, what Domino's and Pizza Hut closes at eleven on a Friday? Unheard of, I tell you. Anyway, I had a craving for pizza, luckily Emma and Anna wrangled some delivery guy in the hallway and I was able to find a pizza place open, that delivered, past eleven. Ah yes, a lovely cheese-less pizza, just for me. The night held little sleep for the entire team, as we were apparently loud and asked to obey the curfew at the hotel. We basically just rolled our eyes at the idea of a curfew and so five-thirty the next morning rolled around quite swiftly.
The show ended early and I was able to arrive in Rochester around seven pm. Plans fell through for what I had originally wanted to do, I threw a fit of sorts, and so I caught Will in the hallway and we went to Taco Bell with Ryan. The ride over was quite unpredictable in the self-destructive pick up, luckily we made it to our destination and back home. And then I sat around for awhile more with Ola and her friend, of whom I forget her name. This friend also spilled apple cider on the carpet and there is now a spot.
Ryan called as I was almost asleep, as I planned on going to bed early, to relieve my anger/frustration with the day as well as the prior evening. The conversation was endless and by the time it had resumed, I wasn't tired or angry anymore.
Again, lack of sleep. Ryan calls to make plans for today and I have like thirty minutes to get ready, mind you, I was still in bed. Anyway, I worked it out and spent the day with him.
