It's been a while...oops. Christmas always makes me busy. Anyway it all went well, I suppose it is not done yet as I have a celebration with matt's family tomorrow. I really appreciate Katie and Ronnie's opinions on what I *should* do for my wedding but I'm pretty sure it's mine and not theirs. They had their turn. I suppose they are just out of the loop and all but whatever. I don't like being questioned by Ronnie. If I decide I want to do something different from what I might have said 3 months ago, so be it. Ideas change. Heck I originally said I wanted to use take flowers for my bouquet and now I am using beads....people's ideas change. If Drea and I decide that it will cost too much and be too time consuming for her to make my dress, don't question my idea. Yes it would have been cool to have a totally unique wedding dress, but in all honesty I really could care less if someone else has the same dress as me. I most likely won't see them in it, we won't be at the same wedding wearing it. It's not like prom where you absolutely can't show up in the same dress as another girl. *gasp* it's mortifying! Haha. That being said...
Matt and I are still house hunting. We are thinking either South Minneapolis or St. Paul. Leaning more toward S. Minne. we just like the feel there better. I am also annoyed with Ronnie telling me where she can find us a *perfect* house. Oh wait, but we don't want to live there. At least they finally sold their house so they can no longer try to push it on us.
I was offered a prop job. I have done the show before at L'Homme Dieu. It is Rainmaker. The only problem is it opens in like 3 weeks. Not even I think. I would get paid $500 and have a budget of $400. I would have access to several other theatres in the area including theatre in the round. It would be working with Zach Curtis. Well he is the one e-mailing me at least. I would need to help out 1 or 2 days when it moves to the showboat. Which means I would have some more stage credits at yet another theatre. I want to sit and talk contract with him. I also have to dig out my old script. I really hope I can find it. Well that's about all that's new with me. I guess I will try to update more often.
