(no subject)
Hey everyone. The last two days I have spent some well-needed time with my husband. Yesterday was his birthday and when he got home from the lake, we just hung out together at his mom's house and come back home and watched Meet the Fockers. Then today we spent most of the day cleaning the house. (another well-needed thing) I don't know, it is just so nice to know that he appreciates me. I mean, I don't have to have the perfectly clean house for Shaun to be happy. (though he is hard to please with other things sometimes! I do admit he likes to get mad about stupid things sometimes!) Anyway, I will be the first to admit that I do some stupid things sometimes that deserves him getting mad at me. But if I respect him, he in return respects me. Hmmm, duh...... I wish I could be smart enough to listen to that simple concept sometimes. So I have to say, the last two days have been really great for us. Keep praying for us that our relationship will heal. It has been quite the struggle for us, but things really are getting better.
So right now, our house looks tons better. There is still tons more work to do before it is "clean", but I guess I have most of the week to do that.
Ashlee will be here soon!! I can not wait. I miss her. And I am hoping everything goes smooth for the bridal shower. I am excited for it!
Jamie and I have been getting pretty close lately. I love her!! We have always been close actually, but lately just spending more time together. I am sure she has no idea how much that means to me. So Jamie, I love you to no end!! You are the greatest!
