I can understand the apprehension. The fic went through plenty of editing to make sure it wasn’t just a copy of the movie, and a lot of that came down to focusing on the sibling relationship and discarding things that cluttered up that main focus. Originally, we were going to have Linkara as our Kristoff character, but even he didn’t make it through editing. Lol, we actually had a moment ourselves where we realized just how many characters we scrapped. And I guess we were pretty merciless because we didn’t feel bad about it at all. XD

I’m glad the family aspect shined because that was our whole motivation for this. We really wanted to explore the sibling dynamic and address the issues they both would be going through, so it makes me very happy that you had sympathy for both brothers and felt a connection as to where each was coming from. Btw, Wayne is totally Lora’s favorite but I have the biggest soft spot for Oscar.We wouldn’t have made them go through so much only to get separated at the

Man, Linkara as Kristoff sounds awesome! I wish I could have seen it, though the story probably works better without him. He does seem kind of unnecessary.

I haven't thought about it that way, but the fact that both of you have different brothers as favourites actually makes a lot of sense in retrospect. I have to reread this!

Haha, glad to hear that you liked our story so much. We set out to make this the version of Frozen we were left wanting after seeing the movie. The premise is a great one, but we figured we could make some improvements, lol.

Funny enough, Neutro is not supposed to be a replacement for the talking snowman, Olaf. Neutro is a replacement for Marshmallow, a totally different snow creature in the movie. But the point remains that Neutro is the best and I’m glad that point shines through so clearly. XD

Daww, that was the best ending! I couldn't have asked for anything sweeter than that! I love that even though they're adults, they don't mind curling up together for comfort once in a while. They both really need touch and affection, so I'm glad they're allowing themselves to have it now after all this time.

I really enjoyed reading this. You managed to improve 'Frozen' in my eyes by focusing more on the sibling bond and showing how their love for each other is strong enough to help them overcome anything. I really believe that Wayne and Oscar will go on to have a great working and brotherly relationship from now on, so thank you both so much for writing something so touching. :)

This just seemed like the perfect ending to us, and I’m glad you agree. Yes, we figured that after everything they’ve been through and after all the years of fear and uncertainty, they both wouldn’t care if they’re adults and are being clingy to each other. They both desperately need touch and affection from the other, and they see no reason to deny themselves that, especially not in the privacy of their own home.

I’m glad you enjoyed it so much and loved our attempt at making a more sibling-focused ‘Frozen’ story. Lora and I both love writing about Wayne and Oscar’s sibling bond, and we love heartfelt moments of hurt/comfort. So yes, a story about the two and how their love is strong enough to help them overcome anything was absolutely perfect. ^_^
