South Beach Diet Day 1

Ok, so as many people know I have done the South Beach Diet once before with great success...I was down 29-30 lbs from my original weight of 167.  I have NOT gained back all of the weight, I would never allow myself to do that!, but I have gone up to approx. 145-146.  I am still proud of my original accomplishment as I am still down 21-22 lbs but I am going back on Phase One of the diet in an effort to re-lose the weight I gained back.  Today was day one for me and I ate a TON of food...scrambled eggs, caesar salad no croutons, sliced cheese and pepperoni (minus the crackers), tomato soup and to top it all off part skim ricotta cheese with vanilla extract and one packet of artificial  sweetner.  I feel good...stuffed! and a bit bloated maybe but all in all good about not having cheated myself today! :)  From this point on my plan is to attempt to log my food, my feelings and of course my current weight...today was 145.5 lbs
