  • My computer

  • It died... like, HARDCORE died. The hard drive was corrupted somehow, and after 2 hours on the phone with tech support they finally figured it out. The thing is, I've been having similar problems with it since I got the computer, so it's probably been bad from the beginning, but at the moment it's kind of worse since I have to do everything from scratch. All my passwords, links, half my programs. It's a pain. But at least my comp isn't crashing every 5 minutes.

  • My work
  • I was so happy to have a job and especially one I'd done before and liked reasonably well. And now I have more responsibilities and more hours and all that fun stuff. But my direct superior is starting to take out her frustration with her job on myself and the other girl who moved up to the same position. It got so bad yesterday that I was in tears before I went home. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about it yet, I'm just going to hope the general manager doesn't decide to get involved and make things worse.

  • I've been looking around and considering joining a game outside of CFUD... but then I remember I have 8 at CFUD and am planning to app a 9th and that I occasionally forget who all I play. So yeah, I think I will be sticking where I am and making sure I play all the ones I do have. On a slightly different note, I LOVE playing Vlad Masters. How did it take me this long to have a snarky old bastard? He's the best. I needed more villain muses in my life.

  • Real Life
  • It's been cold here... WAY TOO COLD. When I went to work the other morning it was 7 degrees below 0 outside. That's 7 below zero Fahrenheit. That's REALLY FUCKING COLD. And I have to work most days before the sun is even up. It's been a treat. No wonder we're all at each other throats at work and things have been tense all over. Other than the weather, it's just my usual feelings of needing to not be at home anymore and wishing I had the money to follow through.
