things i have learned about switzerland so far:
- things are even more expensive here than they are in canada
- mcdonald's tastes pretty much the same as in the US
- light switches are more like "light buttons"
- swiss german is hard to learn :( but it sounds cool
- you don't have to look both ways before crossing the street
- a lot of people own dogs
- there are no screens on the windows
- older buildings are cute, brightly coloured, and have shutters
- on the weekends the streets are literally full of people
- almost everything closes at 4 pm on saturdays
