#1: Choose your base, Crop it, Sharpen it

#2: Auto Levels (Shft+Ctrl+L)

#3: Duplicate your base, set it to Screen (Opacity will depends on the base of your icon, for my pic I duplicated the base 2 times and I set them to Screen 100%)

#4: Create a new Fill Layer #9e6c01 - darken 30%

#5: Create a new Fill Layer #5680b5 - soft ligh 100%

#6: Create a new Levels Layer
RGB 11 1.28 255

#7: Create a new Selective Color layer
Reds: -100/0/+100/0
Yellows: -100/0/+100/0
Cyans: 0/0/+100/+33
Blues: 0/0/+100/0
Whites: -39/-14/+21/-30

#8: Create a new Fill Layer #905b07 - Multiply 43%

#9: Create a new Fill Layer #010337 - Exclusion 100%

#10: Duplicate your base, set it to the top, desaturate it and set to soft light 100%
