#1: Choose your base, Crop it

#2: Auto Levels (Shft+Ctrl+L)

#3: Duplicate your base, set it to Screen 60% (It depends on the base of your icon)

#4: Create a new Fill Layer #6cc2ff - Set it to Soft Light 100%

#5: Create a new Selective Color layer
- Reds -100/+10/+100/0
- Yellows -100/+100/+100/0
- Cyans +100/-100/-100/+100
- Blue +100/-73/-62/+100
- Neutrals -22/-3/+17/0

#6: Create a new Fill Layer #736b54 - Set it to Soft Light 100%

#7: Create a new Hue/Saturation layer

Master: Hue: -3 / Saturation: -8
Reds: Saturation: +14
Cyans: Saturation: -30

#8: Create a new Fill Layer #310006 - Set it to Exclusion 100%
