Oh, I like this! I remember how important flow was when running and when it's off nothing works right and you're more susceptible to injury.

Poor Nikki - she needs to find a better way to deal than just keeping hitting the pavement.

I know it all about the flow... From running and rowing... Rhythm is just so important and once you have lost it, it is so damning hard to get it back because then you are lost...

Ah yeah... The only prob is that I hate Nikki... So while I am a supporter of her and Edgerton, the Edgerton- goodness overshadows the Nikki- dislike... Does that make any sense? :P
