My exclusive leaked scene from LoK: Book 2
That's right, thanks to my Awesome Inside Sources (TM), I was able to get a hold of a leaked scene from LoK: Book 2's story bible! Beware spoilers, because this is the final scene in the entire season! This scene is some powerful stuff, and addresses several major plots from both Book 1 and Book 2. Don't tell anyone, though, because I don't want my Awesome Inside Sources (TM) to be outed.

Korra stood at the edge of the Future Industries skyscraper. She looked down at the city, and felt a tear slide down her face. It dripped off her nose and got caught in the wind, flying out and over the edge of the building. It looked to be such a long way to fall from here, just like she had fallen so far from where she had been when she singlehandedly defeated the Equalist Movement by exposing their leader and then telling the rest of the group to shut up or she'd destroy or imprison them all. (Good times.) Now, she could hardly even be called the Avatar anymore, for what was an Avatar who couldn't access the Avatar State?
Not an Avatar at all, that's what.
It occurred to Korra that should could just jump and end it all, but she didn't actually consider jumping, because that is never the answer to life's problems and she certainly didn't want to seem like she was glorifying suicide. If she were considering such a thing, which she wasn't, she would be better off telling someone and seeking professional help. (The More You Know! TM)
She heard the scrape of Air Nomad boots on the roof behind her. "Hey, Aang."
"Korra, wassup? What did you ********* up this time?"
Korra sighed. "Koh took away my Avatar State."
"Tsk, really? I didn't even know he could do that. I thought he was just into faces. You know, being the Face Stealer and all."
She shut her eyes against the sight of her previous life. "Look, it's a long story, okay? Why are you even here? I figured I wouldn't even be able to see you anymore without an Avatar State."
"Korra, I'm here to give you back the Avatar State."
"Really?!"
"Absolutely."
His hand brushed her forehead, there was some glowing, and suddenly she felt a lightness within her heart. She turned to the other side of the roof, the one overlooking Yue Bay. Korra breathed in, accessed the Avatar State for just a brief moment, and raised her arms in a Waterbending gesture. A massive tidal wave rose up and capsized a large cargo boat, probably drowning most of the crew. Looking closer, Korra saw that its sinking hull was marked with the Cabbage Corp logo, so that was all right, because the guy who owned it wasn't a Bender. ******** him, Benders are cooler.
Korra turned and grinned broadly at her past life. "Thank you so much! I thought I'd have to get a real job!"
"Don't worry about it, Korra. That's why I'm here. Oh, and one other thing..."
"Yes?"
"You can totally use the Avatar State as a toy whenever you want, because you're just that awesome. Seriously, ********* whatever my son says, he's probably really Zuko's kid anyway."
So Korra did.
