Of all the fucking things to reoccur it had to be this one. You know what? I'd even take the sciatica and full on back soasms over this. At least then I could be able to go out in public confidently even if in great pain. But noooooooo. Had to be this issue again. I'm an adult I swear.
Might be aggravated by stress, which, yeah, wouldn't surprise me.
I just want to go swimming. The hydrotherapy exercises would help my back and ribs so much. Stupid, fucking, useless body.
