had a doctors apointment today.
after that i picked up alex, and we were off to alexias house for a visit. we brought her icecream. it was wonderful. then we went to target and saw mike. it was funny yet embarresing at the same time. dont ask. hah. we picked up jake after that.
lifting was interesting today. my arms are dead because we had to add weight to each thing. no fun. then we used the gun. i like it.
got home and had the urge to dye my hair. so i did.
