Midweek partying not a good idea
So, apparently I am a bad influence on some people (or a good influence depending on how you look at it). There are two other young (28) single guys on the project, Jon Jon and Bharat. Both like to go out and have a good time, and are interested in experiencing Singapore. Well, you know me if the opportunity arises to go out partying. I throw caution to the wind, slam on the gas and try to dodge the cars to get there. Last night was one of those nights.
JJ got a message from a friend who works at a bar out here that we should come down and visit. I told him we were going and so we grabbed BH and headed over. This is a hostess bar so there are lots of hot girls who are paid to hang out and talk to you, but you have to buy them drinks. As you can imagine there are no other girls there and just guys (it's like an asian strip club but cheaper, and no nudity). So, we know some of the girls there and we are just hanging out drinking and talking. Not sure how but at some point, we had like 10 girls at our table and there were a bunch of tables with guys and no girls. *grin* The music was playing we were dancing, we were drinking, we were talking, just having a great time taking over this bar. The owner even started giving us free pitchers of beer. Think we got like 5 or 6 free pitchers.
Got fairly hammered, bar closed at 2am, got home, and passed out. Don't really remember but I was REALLY hot, so I thought it would be a good idea to sleep on the tile floor in the bathroom to cool down. I don't remember anything after that but I woke up in my bed this morning still semi drunk. Got up, had breakfast and thankfully didn't have to go to work at 7:30 but had to go to the lawyers office at 9:30 instead. So, all day today I was exhausted tired, and a little bit slow. No other after effects thankfully but still. So, I am off to bed now to get a good nights sleep.
