At wiffleball yesterday Daniel and I ended with a twenty-minute to half-hour game of catch with a softball. It's been years since I've thrown a softball. It's been five years since I last played on a team and I think three years since I even played catch. Needless to say, my upper body was not used to throwing a massive ball anymore, and this morning my arms don't appear to be working. Dammit!

Eurgh, hope there's not many dishes at work today, because the bending and the scrubbing and the yeah are not gonna equal fun times for Gina.
