Quick recap of the life and times o' Gina!
So, in the past week, I have:
- Gotten the highest score in the class on my calculus midterm (a 98/100, when the class average was 67... God there are a lot of peons in that class)
- Gotten a 148/150 on my ecology midterm (W00T!)
- Watched a French movie based on a true story, about two incestuous sisters working as maids in the same house, who went insane and beat their mistresses to bloody pulps and ripped out their eyeballs and sliced up their corpses... they think now the older one was paranoid schizophrenic
- Missed my Chelsea
- Basked in the glorious, and COMPLETELY unseasonal, sixty-degree sunny weather
- Had the best prospy ever (Shanleigh); she loves X-Files, Buffy, Angel, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, knows about fanfiction, AND has a LiveJournal! A MILLION GOLD STARS TO SHANLEIGH!
- Taken two naps
- Gotten five "new" shirts from the FnG clothing swap, and they all look fabulous on me
- Gone to Bush Park with ecology to try and catch sculpins (little bottomfeeding fish) in the creek; they didn't catch any in the big, wide net, but with my little bucket-type net I caught TWO muahahahaha, plus two river clams, a bunch of insect larvae, some worms, and loads of periwinkles, and the professor praised my mad collecting skillz, yo
- Marked sculpins from the Mill Stream for the same class, yay for little slimy fishies
- Held a ferret (Paul was babysitting it)
- Held a rat snake (Paul saw me checking it out in the cage and was all, "Oh, do you want to hold it?" and I never pass up a chance to hold a creature)
- Hung out with the Jack for the first time in ages
- Had annoying cramps
- Made angsty Buffyverse icons 'cause it's FUN
- Got to talk on the phone WITH MY CHELSEA YAY!
Overall, it's been quite a good week, then. :-D
And tomorrow is the 24-HOUR COMIC!!!!!!!!!!!
