Made of a cutsew-like fabric, quite thick, with very nice white cluny lace. One layer of netting with white lace at bottom and one layer of lining.
Bought from previous comm seller, has a section where bleach had gotten to it, and the previous owner marked it over with black (see pics). Bought it with the intention of adding embriodery to cover it up, but have never gotten round to it.
