Last week I took an excursion to Dudmaston Hall which is near Bridgenorth in Shropshire. There's a beautiful manor house there that dates back to the late 17th century and is surrounded by the most serene gardens. It has a lake too. And something called a dingle, which I had actually not heard of before (it's a small wooded hollow or valley). Which I think makes me feel slightly more retarded than usual. Oh well. i should be used to these occurences by now! Anyhoo, There's a field of cows (which I insisted on walking into by myself to go and say hello to the cows- I got a snotty wet cow lick from it- hooray!) and a beautiful little orchard with picnic tables set up. We indeed decided to partake in a few cups of tea and cake on said tables. ^_^
oooh and look I found some water lillies! how pretty! <3
on walking through the courtyard toward the gardens, i found a giant chess set! unfortunately fro me, nobody knew how to play it. Boo hiss.
It was a beautiful day and i thought maybe i would share it. Have to say I wich i lived there so i could wake up there every morning to the views.
Later that night...
Fifi was being a silly noodlehead again on her bed, so I took the opportunity for a comedy cat photo.
