Bleach Chapter 391
Dear Bleach,
For the last two chapters I've been getting irritable about the lack of Shinji. How dare you devote just one chapter to him and his better than incredible backwards and wrong way round inducing shikai. Not to mention the very serious lack of his extremely fantastic self.
Reading the latest chapter, though it was good to see various captains (Kyoraku in particular) stab Aizen through his irritatingly smug chest, none of it made me feel as good as this page did. A brief, but significant glimpse of Shinji:
(Why is that creepy grin so sexy?)
I just love that Aizen's all: "Shit..." When he spots Shinji. Yeah you'd better be worried you smug, arrogant, bastard.
That of course, lead to this:
Fine. Shinji didn't deal the blow, but I haven't been expecting him too. The majority of the fangirls and fanboys love Hitsuguya and obviously the protaganist Ichigo will win in the end. But Shinji was involved, and Hitsugaya couldn't have dealt that blow without him. Fanfuckingtastic.
Of course. Aizen isn't finished yet. He'll bounce back next chapter. Or it's an illusion. That's how shounen battle manga works.
