It's kind of off when only a good book, or a good song, or a good movie, or a good play can make you feel things. I laugh, I hold someone's hand, but these don't feel monumental at all. Even when I think about how lucky I am to even be able to do them.

I'm quite sure all I need is sunshine and fresh air and greens. Constant exposure to the dark, and air-conditioning, and concrete everyhwere, and computer light is getting to me.
