The sweet just isn't as sweet without the sour.

Yesterday I awoke around 10, and prepared for one of my cousin's wedding. I got there just when my sis got there, so we sat together and poked fun at our relatives. I seem to have developed a rotten habit of laughing whenever I hear a preacher talk and pray. Something about hearing him say "Oh, Lord" at the end of every sentence cracks me right up. After that we went to the state park where the after wedding dinner party thing was happening. Again I sat with my sister and cousin Cheryl and had some fun. Eventually we found our chance to escape without our mom seeing us, but on the way out, this Mexican dude started hitting on me. Oh, those Mexicans.

After a quick smoke with my sis, I high-tailed it to work. We weren't really all that busy. Went pretty smoothly until about halfway through the night, when I started getting all depressed. I guess I was just feelin a lil bit lonely, and I know I'm too much of a shyass to do anything about it. It doesn't happen often, usually just every couple months for a few days. At first I told myself to stop being depressed, that there was nothing wrong. Then I realized that I was actually enjoying it, because it was actually making me emotional. I don't really have to much to get emotional over, so I welcomed this feeling for the rest of the work night.

About 9:00, Jeremy calls up and tells us plans of a shindig at his house. Realizing that I couldn't have fun in such a sad state, I put on some Daft Punk and cleaned the kitchen as hard and as fast as I could, and it was gone. I ran by my house to pick up some liquor, and we met in his yard. Attending was me, Jeremy, David, Josh, Forrest, and Derric. David had brought his hookah and a case of beer, making him the guest of honor for the night. We got him high for his first time, and he seemed to enjoy it. We then played some drunken Smash Brothers (in which I nearly had a heart attack it was so close), and we watched Zoolander. Much laughter and good times throughout the night, and in the end I passed out on the couch.

I woke up at about 7 and drove home on an empty tank of gas, and realized how much of a lightweight drinker I am. When I got home I slept until 1, and haven't done shit since.
