I finished my foam face project about five minutes ago. It's really cool/creepy looking. The face is mossy colors and the mouth and eyes are sewn shut. I hot glued the face to a small log and glued this really impressive looking fake moss on it. It's seriously hard to tell the moss is fake. The end result is a dead looking log, over run with moss with a face growing out of it. In other news I won second place at the greater flint art council show for my mixed media piece, "screaming". My open house is going to be on Saturday June 25, I hope everyone is able to attend. I will most directions and stuff when the time comes. Beth came back today and for some reason I don't feel discontent about things anymore.
