First, Torchwood:
Known Some Call Is Air Am: When a ghost hunter vanishes in the haunted house that he was examining, the Torchwood team is called in to investigate. Once inside, they discover a mysterious hallway, a spiral staircase, and a strange series of connections to a childhood that Ianto can't remember. (Torchwood/House of Leaves crossover, with lots of formatting.)
Season of Mists, Revised Version: Two years after the 456, Captain John Hart saunters back into Gwen's life, dragging an unwilling Jack Harkness with him. He claims to have found someone that Jack and Gwen lost. But how can they trust him when they can't trust anyone? And why does Gwen keep dreaming about Ianto Jones? (COE fixit with Jack, Gwen, John, Rhys, Ianto, and a passel of OCs; link leads to epilogue with links to all previous chapters.)
The Doll's House: The Year That Wasn't, through the eyes of a prisoner on the Valiant. (Fic is NC-17 for several reasons. Please read the warnings before you read the fic.)

The God-King (and Queen) of the Weevils: It was bad enough that Owen had been brought back to "life" so he could serve as immortal God-King to the sewer-dwelling weevils. And then they brought in the blonde. (Brittany, Owen)
The Kids (Don't Stand a Chance): In which Sue Sylvester has a private army, there are aliens in the glee club, and Burt Hummel and Rhys Williams are the two most badass middle-aged nobodies to ever take on a paramilitary organization. Notches: Brittany's scorekeeping is, in its own way, kind of a feminist statement. She owns her sexuality. She's even proud of it. Tina's actually kind of jealous of that. (Mike/Tina, Brittany)
The Model Minority (Stereotype A): At some point, everyone in the glee club has had to struggle with the choice between fitting in and breaking out, being popular or being themselves. Mike Chang is not an exception to this. (Mike/Tina, most other characters referenced at least once)

Glee (Kurt/Blaine centric):
Endearing: Three times Wes and David talked to Blaine about Kurt, and one time they talked to Kurt about Blaine. (Kurt/Blaine, Wes, David. Incidentally, I have David and Wes's characterizations reversed in this story: when Blaine introduces them during the episode, they actually show David when Blaine says "Wes," and Wes when Blaine says "David," and it never occurred to me to doublecheck with IMDB. Still not sure if I should fix it or just let it ride.)
Baby Steps: In which it's Wes's turn to drag Kurt down the slo-mo hallway, the Warblers watch C-Span, and Charlemagne is forgotten. (Kurt, Blaine, Warblers, Dalton Academy Young Democrats; this is the DADT fic.)
Born to Run: The worse the situation becomes, the more Blaine feels the need to run. (Kurt, Blaine, Wes, Cassidy [OFC])

Glee (other):
But Not What You Need: Everyone's giving Kurt the things that would help them, without stopping to think about what would help him. Mike just comes a little bit closer to Kurt's actual needs than the others do. (Kurt, Mike -- Grilled Cheezus coda)
Surrogate: Sue Sylvester takes an active interest in Kurt's home life, to the extent that blackmailing her Australian arch-nemesis into mentoring him counts as "taking an active interest." Rollerskating, fried pickles, and Grease references ensue. (Kurt, Burt, Sue, Mercedes, Olivia Newton-John. No, really, Olivia Newton-John is in this story).
Werewolves and Tater Tots: Something is seriously wrong with Mercedes. Fortunately, her friends watch a lot of television (and occasionally pay attention in their U.S. History classes). (Everyone from New Directions is in this, plus Blaine, David, Wes, and Anthony. The Substitute coda.)
Nothing You Confess: Actually, Finn's had Kurt's back all along. It's just that he kind of can't tell people about it. (Kurt, Finn, and Coach Sylvester; mentions Blaine, Karofsky, Burt, Carole, Rachel, and Mr. Schue; an alternate perspective on the bullying arc from eps 2.06 - 2.08)
