Call Backs
Maybe I can sing! I auditioned for a really difficult soprano solo in Handel's Dixit Dominus that I am singing with the chamber choir at school. I didn't really expect to get it because I have had a really bad attitude toward the director lately, but figured I should give it a shot because I would really regret it if I didn't try. John announced call backs today and I got one for the solo and for two other movements I didn't even audition for! I am really nervous and excited. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
BTW: If I do get the solo I excpet you all to come to the concert November 5th, with flowers and candy.
