Sweatshops are for suckers. Buy
smart, buy
union made.
Today in my car
Me: "Watch me speed to catch this light (accelerating)."
My brother: "Yeah, that's a cop right there. How come every time you talk about breaking the law, a police car shows up?"
Me: "Yeah, that does seem to happen, doesn't it?"
My brother: "It'll come in handy if you ever need a cop right away."
Me: "Hey, yeah that's true. Like if someone stole my purse, I could just say, 'I'm about to go 100 m.p.h.!'"
My brother: "Ha ha, yeah."
(30 seconds pass)
Me: "Wait, did I just say purse?"
(We die laughing...)
How come no one told me
All throughout history
The loneliest people
Were the ones who always spoke the truth.
The ones who made a difference
By withstanding the indifference
I guess it's up to me now
Should I take that risk or just smile?
If you're like me
you aren't reading this
because when people write lyrics in
their journal, I skip over them.
Now, back to the real song.
What do you know?
It happened again...
What do you know?
