This is a lot to unpack
Because of my disordered state, I have a collection of exercises and rehabilitation tasks which are aimed at returning me to a filling functioning daily life. These tasks, if actually performed daily, would number in the tens and would occupy approximately 2 hours of every day.
These tasks include:
Spinal decompression
Yoga (at least 30 min)
Aerobic exercise (at least 30 min)
Ice and heat therapy
Neck muscle stretching exercises
I don't perform these tasks as often as is recommended.
One of my struggles, which seem to be growing enumerable (for reasons I will get in to later), relates to the social aspect of exercise. I often exercise alone. A disadvantage of a varied, part time schedule is that it's difficult to make standard class schedules or make plans. I've wondered, would my condition improve if I joined a school and began training again? Would I exercise more often? That costs money which I'm already hyper-worried about. But in the "you gotta spend money to make money" adage would that resolve my issues or exacerbate them?
