Today's food:
3 oz honey ham - 126 cals
2 oz turkey breast - 62 cals
2 cups romaine lettuce - 16 cals
6 strawberries - 22 cals
3 glasses diet soda - 9 cals
1 glass iced tea w/ 2 packets sweet 'n low - 6 cals
Total: 241 calories
If you were to tell me that I had to eat below 300 calories, I'd flip out and tell you that I couldn't do it, but it's so easy looking at it as servings, and I'm eating healthy. Whenever I'd restrict before, I'd eat low cal, but all junk food. I'm not starving, and when I am, the carbonation in the diet soda has kept me okay.
I did 150 crunches today, but I broke it into 3 sets of 50.
Tomorrow I'll walk a mile after work.
So far, so good.
