The unnamed pregnant woman began shrieking with excitement when she spied the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: CURSE OF THE BLACK PEARL star in a diner in Burbank, California, and her concerned husband begged her to calm down for the sake of their unborn child.
Johnny, himself a father of two, attempted to calm the fan by saying "hello", but when he approached the woman's table her water's broke.
Waiters helped her husband escort her to the car, while stunned Johnny signed a napkin for her as a souvenir.
An onlooker reports, "He was visibly shaken by the experience as he returned to his meal."
