[Still stocking up for his new house, Beast enters the bakery for the first time since he's come to Luceti... wow, this is a lot of bread he's never seen before. He's kind of fascinated with the soda breads; he's not used to something so firm. He won't notice the weird man nearby thanks to his curiously observing the strange-looking desserts.]
[Bean won't notice the terrifying monster in the bakery for a moment, being quite delighted at the selection of cakes on display here. However, after a moment he glances to his side, suddenly jumping out of his skin. Again.] AAAAAH!
[What? Oh, it's just some... really strange man in the bakery with him. And he's scared of him, why did that shock him?
Well... he's distracting, so he's trying to look away from him now. Trying to find the baguettes, but where... this place should have them, right? This is a shop for bread, isn't it?
Oh no... they're behind this weirdo aren't they. So they are... well, maybe he can just move past him quietly and nothing awkward will happen...]
[As the Beast attempts to access the baguettes, Bean will just assume that this hulking monster is advancing on him and whimper, stumbling backwards and even more in the way of the bread in the process, even managing to bump his back into the shelf, rattling the contents.]
[... Well that went horribly. If he's scared he could at least move out of the way. Isn't that what he wants to do?
He guesses he'll have to say something now, or else the whole thing might fall over.] Uh... mo- [Wait. Someone would be telling him to be polite about this. Even if this man is strange.] ... P-pardon me.
[Bean winces in fear a moment until he realises that the beast is talking to him. And then he just stares at Beast in absolute shock. He didn't even know that werewolves could talk!]
[... Yeah, he'd say the worst thing about Luceti is definitely the staring. Everyone in the castle was quite used to it by that point. Now if only this man were actually moving like he wants him to instead of doing this whole staring thing.]
[Huh? Oh! After a brief second of confusion, Bean whispers under his breath]Oh, right.[and carefully steps out of the Beast's way somewhat shakily, curiously watching what he does next.]
[A little too distracted by wanting his bread and the whole situation to remember to say, "Thank you," he moves toward the shelf to get his baguettes, grabbing them without tongs or putting them in a bag because he simply isn't used to grocery shopping. As he does this, he occasionally looks at Bean from the corner of his eye, sort of wishing he wasn't watching him so intently.]
[Bean gives him a little wave as the Beast glances at him, still wary but starting to think maybe this werewolf isn't a bad werewolf. Just like how Simba wasn't a man-eating lion.]
[He raises his eyebrow slightly at him - how does one even respond to someone like this? Well, that's all he really came here for, so... determinedly carrying his bread past him toward the exit now. Considering how serious the look on his face is, he probably looks just a little strange.]
[Bean just watches with interest and uncertainty as Beast heads for the exit, obviously deciding it's better to leave the terrifying creature alone for now. Still, if Beast looks around he may see Bean staring widely at him again.]

A blank stare for a moment, and then a timid response.] H-hello! [There's even a little wave to go with it.]

Uh... [He awkwardly looks over at the shelf behind him, hoping that this man can get something out of that.] M... m-may I?
