Hrmmm... I organized my cookbooks the other week and now I can't remember which book had that recipe in... dammit.

I do have a recipe from one of the books I got in Florida, but it's just ground beef, ground pork, corn meal and sage. And that's just boring. The one I read when I was "organizing" (a nice word for taking them all down, reading them, and then putting them back) had at least two types of brains! It was a southern book, I will find it!
