May I give you the one really good reason to watch "Broken English"

This movie was ok. I think I suffered from false expectations from the trailor which made it look more like a romantic/comedy than the romantic/drama it is. (Also, I think it was supposed to be a comedy but failed, but that may just be me.) It sells itself as a girl meets boy, girl loses boy, girl tries to find boy movie, which it is, but it's more about unhappiness, despair, lonliness, and the possibility of hope. It's a movie without resolutions, which I like, and Parker Posey has some awesome awkward lines and scenes, which I also like. And that dude up there in the green shirt, also what I like, a lot.
I'm not sure what I don't like about this movie, I think it has all the right elements, but it was just missing that last extra pinch of salt before serving... or perhaps I was moody that day and I should watch it again. Cuz that dude up there = yum.
