I hate when "adults" think that our generation doesn't know anything about life before we were born, my art history teacher was surprised that some of us knew when jfk was assassinated, then later in the class he assumed that none of us knew what a reel-to-reel tape recorder was. since we are in an art HISTORY class, we should have some background on history, plus those things didn't happen that long ago. i just wish our teachers didn't lower their expectations of us.
