Yesterday was actually kind of eventful. Molly St.Cyr got married, and it seems that everyone from my childhood was at the wedding. It was interesting. Our old church choir director got drunk and kept talking about how great it was to see everyone. He went to kiss me on the cheek as we left, but he missed and kissed me on the neck. That's humorous for some reason. Did a lot of socializing there.
The socializing continued after the wedding, as yesterday was also Elise's birthday, and she threw a party. Despite it being a very OSU party, I ended up knowing a handful or two of people. Ran into a lot of kids from high school, most of which I actually didn't really know in high school. I vaguely remember telling Rob Hedge he had awesome facial expressions and a very active face. My I say weird things when I'm drunk.
I woke up on Elise's couch to the sound of Chad's cell phone alarm going off. It was 9:30, and we had gone to bed somewhere around 4-ish. It dawned on me, upon waking, that I was supposed to have my car moved, because the meter I parked in front of was only turned off until 8 am. I wasn't ticketed, luckily, but I did have to drive home in a hungover/not fully sober state. Got home and threw up. Yuck.
I spent this afternoon with my dad, appropriately enough, seeing as it is father's day. He developed a strange attachment to my kittens, and he was kind of upset when I packed them all up in my car. They weren't too thrilled about the two hour drive back home, either. Molly let out about a thousand tortured screams until she finally fell asleep on my lap.
Speaking of sleep, I should get some. I have to work at 9 tomorrow. That sucks.
