(no subject)
I guess it's about time I posted something. I am back in the States, as of last week. So far, so good! I now have a phone, a computer, and a car. I'm American again! Still no job though; I'm working on it, but I guess there's not much to be done the two days before Christmas. So when I get bored of searching online, I read my "What Color is your Parachute?" book. So far I feel like I'm learning something. Anybody know of any jobs out there? I'm looking first for anything library assistant-like (information asst, resource asst., etc.), and second for something in public health or health ed. Keep your eyes peeled! (do people still say that?)
My car seems pretty nice. It's a 2002 Mercury Sable...station wagon, ha ha. But it is clean and pretty and runs well. I'm excited. I need to learn to drive again though.
Things with Jory are actually going pretty well. He hasn't been jealous or anything, and we've been pretty good about keeping in touch. I can see how it might get expensive though. I am really excited to go see him as soon as I have a paycheck and can afford it.
