Get off my case

So, after about 2 months of silence, I finally got some motivation to update this thing. I got this from Chessa, some of you have probably seen it. So I guess I'll stick with the rules and spread plague. So this is what it said on Chessa's thing:

"So you leave the words "interview me" in your comment and I'll give you five questions you have to answer. BUT! You have to post the questions and answers on your journal just like I did and let other people be tortured by you. I'm only doing the first five commenters, I'm too lazy to do anymore. sorry. here it goes."

1. So your chilling in your dorm room and Jonathan tells you he's gay (surprise, surprise). What do you do?
Honestly, as long as he doesn't try to rape me or hit on me all the time, I don't care if he's gay or not. I'd probably be a bit shocked though, because contrary to popular opinion, Jonathan is actually very straight.

2. Would you be totally annoyed if I came to visit you at college?
Of course not, in fact, you better come visit me in college or I'm gonna call you up and make you, cause Boone kicks Burlington's ass and you'd be missing out.

3. Drew and drugs---discuss.
Some things are good in moderation. I drink every once in a while and I've smoked pot a couple times. I don't drink past a certain limit, and I could go on for a while about how weed is really not a bad thing at all if you don't get too carried away. I'll probably never smoke cigarettes, and hard drugs are just a really bad idea. I used to refuse to take drugs, including prescription antidepressants, because for me it would just be a way to run from pain, and I won't let myself do that. But several things this year made me see it a little differently. That's all I'll say to the general public.

4. As and eighth grader, did you have an accurate depiction of what you thought you'd be like as a senior?
I didn't really think about it much. 8th grade was a turning point for me, in which I really discovered music as a focal point of my life, so my perspective on everything started to change a bit and my ideas about the future were a little shaken up. But if I ever did think about it, I probably had a pretty accurate general idea.

5. What's number one on your to-do list once you get to college?
Form a band or, as dumb as this sounds, find a girl. Getting a good band started in Boone will probably play a huge roll in determining where I go with my career as a musician, and basically I'm counting on getting a girlfriend to keep me from killing myself. Other stuff like school and a job is kinda important too.

So thanks to Chessa I have now actually managed to somewhat spill my guts on a weblog. I'd feel like a tool, but basically these things fascinate me for no apparent reason so trying to be all non-conformist about it would, in fact, negate any such effort by going against my own personal whims. So have fun, be safe, and stay tuned for next month's exciting entry. Peace.

By the way, I really will try to do that interview thing, so you can put it in the comments if you want, and if I can think of anything to ask you I will.
