I know what you are all thinking, "Wow, Lou finally broke down and got a LJ."
Don't think that this means I support the concept of blogging. I still think that it is one of the worst things EVER. It discourages talking between friends, because your friends will already know everything about you, and thus not need to ask "what's up?" This will undoubtedly lead to decreased communication, less development of verbal skills, and ultimately a society of hermits and losers.
However, I have been forced to accept that LJ does have its purposes, such as announcements, and have decided to create one.
Furthermore, I have realized that if I only give clues as to what I am doing with my life, I can use my LJ to actually promote conversation with all of the other LJ users, forcing them to engage in conversation, and hence quite possibly saving them from a pathetic future existence.
