(no subject)
I meant to post about my weekend for a few days but I've been busy either going to see cirque de I can't spell it, sleeping all day or raiding or both. Okay so, friday night I went with hannah to go see Grizzly Bear. When we were walking to the venue, this guy came up to me and gave me a CD and I just can't say no to people so I'm like oh cool... then he somehow convinced me to give him 5 dollars and kissed me on the lips lololol. Yeah so that was just the start of weird events. We get to the venue and go get a drink right away, it was SUCH a ripoff and the guy didn't know how to make anything. I was like "Can I get a kamikaze?" and he's like "What's that?" so I said "Okay, can I get a long island iced tea?" and he said he didn't know how to make that either.. so I finally just settled for a ten dollar rum and coke in the tiniest cup with mostly ice cubes and coke. So me and hannah were pretty annoyed about that, so we went to the bar next door after the opener and before Grizzly Bear and got an actual drink. We went back and grizzly bear was on and they were so awesome and they played all the songs we wanted em to play :) When they played knife, just the atmosphere of the place and the song itself reminded me of BTTF under the sea dance n_n
By the time it was over it wasn't even 11pm so we decided to walk around time square. We walked up to central park, and there was a group of people there so we weren't really worried, we sat on a bench and just talked about life. Then like maybe 20 minutes later most of the people left but I guess we didn't notice. These two guys came into the park and sat on the bench next to ours. Then a little while later some fucking creepy guy with crazy braids came up to us and told us that we should go find a quieter place to sit and we'd get more privacy and we just kept saying "no thanks we like it here" we thought he was going to leave but he kept talking about the weirdest fucking shit that it really really scared me. He started asking us if we took any self defense classes and stuff, then he got in hannah's face and grabbed her poster. All the while I'm trying to get the attention of the other guys on the bench next to us. FINALLY they came over to us and asked us some trivia question but the creepy guy like shooed him away and I was like ugh fuck.... Then I asked hannah if she had a cell phone and she said yes and I'm like "ARE YOU SURE because I can go ask those guys..." and she was like "oh wait I don't have it lol" so I walked over to the guys with my back to the creepy guy and said do you have a cell phone but I mouthed HELP US LOL and they were like sure, where do you need to go and I'm like out of here please. And the creepy guy started yelling like "YOU SIGNED SOMETHING TO HIM, AND I DON'T LIKE THAT!!!" and we all just started walking and he's like NO YOU'RE NOT LEAVING WITH THOSE GUYS NO NO AHFDSIOFSOJ started pushing me and one of the guys and freaking out and we finally just like sprinted away from him while he's screaming "faggots" and "bitches" I was SO GLAD that we got out of that situation and those guys were there because I think if me and hannah tried to leave he would have followed us or done something really weird or even tried to hurt us.
Yeah so, we're alright but that was probably one of the weirdest situations I've ever been in. We walked from columbus circle to penn station with those guys and they were nice but I could tell they were like 17 and lying about it hahahaha.
So, since it was a friday night we were of course on a drunk train and honestly drunk trains are like my personal hell. If there is a hell and if I ever go there it's going to be trapped on a drunk train. Even thought some of the shit was really funny, only when people tried to fight each other. Here's a few videos I managed to get of an incredibly drunk girl trying to take on 5 guys for whatever reason. After they finally got off the train the girl banged on the windows and it just made me appreciate the fact that I'm me and I will never be that obnoxious and ridiculous in my whole life.
