Today I woke up alone wishing you were here with me
On Saturday morning I woke up to the sight of a package on our doorstep that turned out to be 'Frasier - Season 3' on dvd, purchased just last week for £14.99, bargainous! A good start then. I spent the afternoon watching the Wimbledon tennis coverage; Sharapova, Federer, Murray... well 2 winners out of 3 ain't bad. The evening was spent in a pub with Pete, Eddie, Aaron, Pete's mate Ed, and Adam, who none of us had seen in like forever... or since the gap between Christmas and New Year anyway. It was an ok night, but it lost it's appeal as others got progressively more drunk as the night wore on and I stayed sober as I was driving.
Sunday was uneventful up until I went over to Alex's house about 6pm for the barbecue for his birthday. Tasty food, a few drinks, decent company, good chat, and 7-player Halo on the X-Boxes meant a good time was had by all. I left the fun times at 2am as I had to be up for work this morning at 8, meh.
