**I'm pathetic.** James Wilson stood looking at himself in House's bathroom mirror. Once again, he was getting a divorce, and once again, he was running to House.
He had known that his marriage was in trouble, but the fact that his wife had cheated on him had come as a surprise. **Maybe I'm a chauvinist pig, after all.**
Sighing, the young man dropped his eyes to his red striped pajamas. They had been a poor choice to bring with him since they had been Julie's gift the Hanukkah before, but he had packed so quickly, he hadn't given them a thought.
His stomach was flip flopping. **Why am I here again? Why do I always run to House?** Here the young doctor stopped, knowing the answer full well, but not willing to admit it to himself.
**Well, not this time. I asked House if I could stay a few days and that's all I'm going to stay. I can stand on my own two feet. I let House harass me about having an affair and then I run to the pain-in-the-ass to feed my loneliness. Well, this is it. The day after tomorrow, I'm a free man. I'll contact my realtor tomorrow and begin a new life . . . a life without dependence on wife number 333, or House or anyone.**
