I've narrowed the search for graduate schools to 10, finally. Now I can begin the arduous application process.
My biggest trouble right now is the writing sample. Honest! I've blocked myself a bit right now with TUW, and it took a week and a half to get where I am now, slightly thinking I'm ready to finally get these edits and clarifications down. You'll like them. Maybe.
Otherwise, things are good, if not busy. The 4th of July weekend is notoriously hectic, but I've got a few extra days off from work, then it's the freakin' Hellboy 2 movie weekend. I love summer movies. Listen: having one of the less than 400 drive in theatres in the country, right here, makes seeing summer movies even better. I can't wait to see Hellboy on the big screen.
I thought I had a little more to update, but I think that's enough for now. Family is good, and the apartment is a slight disarray. Oh, and I need to listen to Shearwater; Okkervil River is coming to Buffalo in October. Again.
