So, it has been a while since I updated. First, then, an update on my life as it currently stands. I'm back in Arizona for the summer; working for my old company as both a sales associate, and in the corporate office (payroll, etc). Essentially, I'm helping out the men's division, as they have some new leadership, and I hope that my experiences will be of assistance. Beyond that, I have decided on my reading list for the summer - an odd mix of old children's literature, classics, modern nonfiction, and Asian philosophy. If anything, I am inclusive.
So, while I further cut myself off into my desert hermitage, let me move on in my ramblings.
I offer this to whomever may feel they will benefit from it. Each and every human being on Earth is responsible for his or her actions, and for the consequences (however disproportionate, unfair, or unfitting) that those actions bring about. The only honorable, decent, respectful, honest course of action available - to anyone, in any situation - is to honestly make yourself accountable for your actions. Do not delude yourself with your own idiosyncratic perceptions of what you believe you are, what you do, how the world should work, or whatever figments of your imagination are blinding you from reality. Take responsibility for your life, and how you act.
Disclaimer - This was the product of a thought process I went through, based on the actions of several people in several situations, each distinctly separate from the others. Thus, the above could be addressed to several people. If you feel that, recently, you have done something f*cked up in your life, stemming primarily from your own irresponsibility, then it is addressed to you. Each of us determines who were are, and what we will be to those we live around and claim to love. Decide for yourself.
