3) Attempting to find recipes for chocolate chilli. Very little success so far, I have one American one which is for 4, but has a kilo of mince and a kilo of onions in it. American portions I think!Found one for a mole sauce for beef too. Again, American. Any ideas chaps?
Well, you could just halve all the amounts... I dunno. Not a fan of chilli myself as you're well aware.
7) Never drink Malibu. Ever. But on the other hand, absinthe could rapidly become my drink of choice. Although, have recently found out that it would take 280 cans of cola to kill me through caffeine overdose. More likely to die of drowning through imbibing 75 litres of the fluid methinks...

Tom and Gayle are still in brighton. Saw Tom last weekend (was Phil's 30th) seems in tip-top shape, everything going well.
Everything is going normally here: work is boring but gives me opportunities to do stuff and I'm getting more exercise in, might also be something on the horizon (3-4 mths). Drinking too much but working on that too. Hate being single still but thinking of asking someone out for a drink (arg!). juamie has moved in, very chilled out person indeed - having a poker night tonight.
