10 ; In which Sniper receives a new costume yet again and babbles about nothing in particular
All right! Now this is a change I can definitely be happy with. You hear that, Tree? More with the costumes, less with things that want to kill me! This is the second costume-y thing in a row that has had goggles, and I'm starting to think I ought to try and fix some up myself. I'm... not actually sure what the gears on the side do, though. All I can see is that they're there to look cool. Which I'm okay with. I wonder where I can find some. Even if I can't buy them yet.
[Tap tap tap... he's not actually sure why he's writing, except for that he feels particularly chatty after so much hard work. While he ponders what to chat about next, he absently doodles a small sparrow on the worn corner of his journal.]
After spending all that time fighting and even more time cleaning, it kind of feels like we ought to take a few days to relax and do something fun. The hot springs sound pretty great right about now, but it'd be even better if we had a bigger non-Bernard-infested lake to fish in. I do have some fireworks, but it's a bit too wet to light them off this week, I think.
How's everybody doing after that whole thing, anyway? Healing up?
