"How's project wee tiny manatee going?" Tara asked from the hall, on her way home from work. She hadn't been planning on bugging any of the drunk texters, but certain opportunities were just too hard to resist.

Even if she was on the verge of apologizing for bringing up something possibly embarrassing.

....Well, only in the sense that Bobby might've sent off a series of texts to a certain furry blue geneticist in his acquaintance on the topic.

"Sadly, we're at a standstill on that front," Bobby replied, after taking a moment or two to sort through some (admittedly fuzzy) memories of last night to try and figure out what she was referring to. "But I did make a new friend!" he said, holding up the bunny that had been acquired at... some point.

"Oh, so cuuuuute," Tara cooed, stepping into the room to get a better look. She was instantly distracted from Project Manatee. "I love bunnies. What's her name?"

"Thor!" Bobby said proudly. Yes, as in the Norse god of thunder. And no, it wasn't actually Thor.

"Because you got him on Thursday?" asked Tara, who really was that geeky.

"...Huh?" said Bobby, who was sadly not geeky enough to get the reference although the player giggled like a dork. "I think it was 'cause Ben mentioned getting hit with hammers, when we all woke up this morning," he explained. Helpfully.

"That makes sense too," Tara offered brightly. "It's just that um , Thursday means Thor's Day, and ... it's really dorky. But yeah, you guys sounded sort of ... really, really drunk. Are you okay now?"

"I did not know that," Bobby said thoughtfully. "And yeah, I'm good. I think some of the other guys ended up with killer hangovers, though."

Tara grimaced sympathetically. "Hope it was worth it," she said. "Where did you guys go, anyhow?"

She was assuming they hadn't been drunk-dialing from somebody's dorm room. That was just a tiny bit pathetic.

"New York!" Bobby shared. "Tony's, I think. He and Warren bought a bar."

"A real one?" Tara was impressed.

Well. She was until she thought about it.

"... why do they want a bar? We aren't even supposed to drink yet."

"I think it had to do with the fact that we kept making ridiculous demands," Bobby explained. "It was just... easier." Such was the mindset of teenage billionaires.

Tara had spent enough time around Kennedy that she didn't ask easier than what?. She didn't even boggle too much. rich people were just different.

"... oh," she said. "So ... I guess they'll hire somebody to run it. Like a secret club, except not."

Or if Steve had his way, sadly, they'd probably unload it ASAP. "Which wouldn't be so bad," he mused. "We'd always have someplace to party, I guess."

"Yeah, it can be, like, our place for class reunions," Tara said earnestly. I'm not a big party person, but it's good to have someplace where you feel comfortable, right?"

"Someplace where you won't get laughed off the premises if you express a desire for pancakes at midnight!" Bobby added brightly.
