So it's getting to be that time of year again, the month preceding Halloween when new members join (and even some regular members post), deciding to ask for tipz 'n trixz on how to lose that last twenty pounds before the holiday. This is against the rules and I will be deleting these posts as soon as I see them. Please do not comment positively on them, because that will just jeopardize your standing as a member here.

Also, thanks to all who adhere to the rules. I'm probably coming off as a mod-nazi, but know that this post is not directed at you and that we appreciate your respect in this regard.
