Political bullshit aside (and I am so fucking sick of hearing that after today) it's been a harsh couple of days.
Work keeps me busy with the xmas shit continuing to drift in. I really loathe that holiday.
A lot of stuff on the to-do list for today. I realized that my vet follow-up appointment is going to conflict with my chiropractic appointment, so I have to call and change it.
Have a new deck coming for the car. I hope it arrives on Thursday, that way I won't have to basically wait another week to install it. I did get a few interested replies in response to my Craigslist ad asking for car stereo help, with the expired beer as payment. So that means if I really need an extra set of hands to put the new one in, I should be able to get them.
Speaking of the car, the old girl slipped a gear in the Home Depot parking lot a couple of nights back. I'm concerned that the transmission fluid flush and replacement (with the addition of that repair gunk) may not be enough. A tranny rebuild really really isn't in my budget at the moment.
