While I am glad things are turning up forya, I still warn you should be prepared for shitty tropical storms! I'll be laughing if you move in without a hitch, only to have to abandon ship when a category 4-5 comes cruising by!! :P

See, that's the thing... I don't leave. So it won't be a problem.

So I'll be without power and water for a few days. Whoop-de-doo, I've had that happen before.

Generally they evacuate people when they are of that intensity, people tend to die or get severely hurt otherwise. Remember Andrew & Katrina's fun lil path of merriment? :P
