Yesterday, you know, Easter...
Did the usual of avoid everyone. lttlesht6 wasn't feeling good at all, and slept most of the day so I took some time to not only be nostalgic, but work on a project of mine. I basically have some good camara equipment, and I rarely use it. That wasn't the original idea at all. I really wanted to do quite a bit of photography with it so as the years go by, I really have a good photographic account of life.
For years I've wanted to get into photography, hell, when I was in highschool I wanted to be a photographer for some time. I love capturing beauty in time.
So anyway, what I did with myself was started going through all of our pictures on the pc starting with our wedding pics. DAMN, how did I get so lucky to have such a beautiful bride? I have never seen anything as beautiful as lttlesht6 that day. I couldn't have asked for a more loving, beautiful, fun, and exciting woman to be my wife. That day really just added proof to that.
Then I kept going through all of the other pictures, and just kept finding some really awesome pics. I printed up 4 pages of pictures that are going to go into my planner, and stay with me always.
Now, what the project is going to be is always taking pictures. Everywhere we go, whatever we are doing, I want to keep the camara handy. I really want to take advantage of the tech we have, and use it for keeping memories down the road. Plus, a second little project I'm going to work on is making a "Wall Of Good Times" at the camper. Basically, a photowall dedicated to fun times at the camper. Pictures of everyone who has been out there, and various things going down out there.
Basically, more memories. I would love to have weeks worth of stuff to look back through when I'm a really old man.
So it's time to start now, because really, I'm not getting any younger.
